Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by EVtoU, a vehicle export company based in China. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect

Inquiry details you send us: your name or company, email address, WhatsApp or WeChat number, destination country, the vehicle and quantity you are interested in, and your message.

Messages you send to our sales team on WhatsApp or by email.

Basic usage data, if you accept analytics cookies: pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and which buttons were clicked. This is collected by Google Analytics.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations and proforma invoices, and carry out orders you place with us.

To follow up on an inquiry you started. We do not add you to marketing lists without asking.

To understand which pages are useful to buyers so we can improve the website.

Who we share it with

Inquiries are delivered to our internal sales tools so the right sales manager can reply. When an order requires it, we share necessary details with logistics, inspection and customs service providers.

We do not sell your personal information.

Some of these services are operated outside your country, including in China. By sending an inquiry you understand your information will be processed there for the purposes above.

Cookies and analytics

The website works without cookies. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the cookie notice; you can decline and the site works the same. You can also clear cookies in your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will reply within a reasonable time.
