Banking terms are agreed on the proforma invoice before payment, for example T/T (bank transfer) or L/C. Ask sales which options apply to your order.
Both. FOB means you arrange ocean freight from the Chinese port; CIF means we include freight and insurance to your port. See the export process for a side-by-side comparison.
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. If your market needs other certificates, tell us at the quotation stage so we can confirm what is possible.
Yes. We send photos or video at each milestone, and we can arrange independent third-party inspection, for example by SGS or Bureau Veritas, before loading.
Both, depending on stock. The China-market C-HR has been discontinued, so new (0 km) units come from remaining stock and most older model years are used. Each quotation states the condition, mileage and dates of every unit.
China-market factory warranties are issued for domestic customers and do not normally transfer to export buyers. After-sales support terms are agreed per order and written on the proforma invoice.
